US Navy Seal Derek Vaughn and his team are on a mission to uncover critical intelligence regarding a terroristic plot against the United States. BEYOND LIMITS is a page turning, nail biting thriller from the very first scene to the very last page. In true Laura Griffin fashion, the reader is kept on the edge of your seat guessing the next steps in the fight against terrorism. I truly enjoyed the character development of Liz -- head strong, intelligent, fiery, can hold her own against anything that is thrown at her. Alpha heroes such as Derek are always a favorite. I enjoyed watching him piece together the terror plot, matching whit and determination against terrorists.

While BEYOND LIMITS is the eighth book in the Tracer series, it can easily be read as a stand-alone. I cannot wait to see what Ms. Griffin has in store for us with the next book.
