Megan Miranda does a great job at making the science behind SOULPRINT and the database sound quite believable. The mystery builds slowly as the pieces begin falling into place and I love the finale as it is fits the characters and the storyline so aptly.

Alina is an intriguing heroine and I couldn't help but hope and cheer for her! Would she be predestined to follow the same actions of June or can she change fate this time around? I love Alina's quest to be her own person rather than just the shadow of June as it adds a very human element to a story centered around technology.

SOULPRINT is a fascinating science fiction romance that explores the concept of whether one's personality and actions are predestined. I haven't read any prior books by Megan Miranda but will definitely have to try some of her other books soon. Young adult readers looking for an innovative and creative approach to reincarnation will enjoy SOULPRINT.
