Misty Walker is a wedding coordinator and she is working with a for real bridezilla. Totally by accident Misty overhears the bride to be discussing the groom with another person and the plans for the honeymoon sound like he won't be coming home. Deciding she has no choice but to warn the guy that he has chosen the WRONG BRIDE, Misty takes a chance and knocks on Mitch Collins' door.
Mitch was having second and third thought about getting married and was in Dallas for the event but when a mysterious woman shows up at his door, he starts thinking he was right he had definitely picked the wrong fiancΓ©e. After an amazing night together he knows the wedding must be stopped because he has other plans for his future.
The bride-to-be isn't at all happy at the turn of events and has her own ideas on how to fix things. Through it all Misty and Mitch have a very important lesson to learn. One that is simple: you got to choose the right person if you plan to be together for life.
WRONG BRIDE is book four of author Geri Foster's Accidental Pleasures series and each one gets better than the last. I read this in one sitting not because of the length but because I couldn't put it down. If it weren't for her unwavering professionalism I don't know how Misty would have managed to deal with the bride from hell. Then she meets the future groom, Mitch, and that professionalism flies out the window and both of them forgot all about any wedding plans.
There are a number of funny moments, at least I thought they were, and some very steamy ones but it is also a sweet romance. Ms. Foster brings to life many situations in this series with witty dialogue and a careful believable plots and this one is a very good example of her style. Don't worry if you didn't read her other Accidental Pleasures books because they are all stand alones but if you haven't ... what are you waiting for? They are great reads that will have you asking for more.
