Horror

Adrian Zeger and his wife, Marie, are expecting their first baby together. Of course, that is an exciting event in their lives, but it is also Christmas and that just adds to the magic of the moment. They are traveling to their home in Munich by tram with their holiday tree when the unthinkable happens. There is a tragic accident and many people are killed.

Fortunately, Adrian seems to have only been knocked around a bit and he soon finds Marie lying in the snow. At first, he is not sure whether he has lost her or not, but she opens eyes and seems to be fine.

At least at first.

PSYCHO THRILL: UNHOLY NIGHT is a fast moving, frightening tale that carries you along with it even as you may want to look away in horror. But you cannot. Timothy Stahl is an award winning horror writer and his ability to weave a yarn that will make your hair stand on end is totally evident.

While this is a novella, you may find yourself being a little relieved at that fact because the vortex of terror that Mr. Stahl is capable of drawing you into is not for the faint hearted. On the other hand, a true fan of the horror genre will latch onto PSYCHO THRILL: UNHOLY NIGHT with both hands and crave more at the end, even though things are wrapped up nicely.

Another nice thing is that, while it does have a plot that takes place in the Christmas season; this is definitely something that you will want to read during this month of goblins, spooks and other "unholy" creatures. In fact, if you read it now, the aftereffects will linger with you all the way up until the night when the veil is thinnest between the living and the dead. What better way to start getting in the mood?
