Arran MacLawry is away from his beloved Scotland, stuck in
a ballroom in England. His older brother, Ranulf, is head
of their clan, and wants Arran to meet the woman he's
expected to marry, an alliance that will be politically
beneficial. While Arran has no immediate desire to wed,
he's willing to do his duty. But in the interim, he steals
a waltz with a captivating lady, not knowing that she is
Mary Campbell, the granddaughter of the head of a rival
