High Seduction is book three in Vivian Arend's Adrenaline Search & Rescue series.

Erin Tate has been part of the Lifeline Search and Rescue for awhile. She works as the pilot for the owner of Lifeline, Marcus Landers, a former ops specialist who lost part of his arm while on an assignment gone wrong. When she find Tim standing in the parking lot of Lifeline looking for a job, her first instinct is to roundhouse kick him.

Paramedic Tim Dextor has traveled to Banff to apply for the paramedic position with Lifeline, but his true intentions are to get Erin back in his life. Their relationship didn't end well seven years ago, so Tim will have to step lightly with Erin in order not so scare her off again.

When she left him seven years earlier, she ran from her own emotions. Even as Tim has given control of their relationship to her, she still has not come to terms with the raging emotions that react to Tim. When a simple rescue goes wrong and their lives are in danger, the pair will see just how much they know about control when the one you love is in danger.

HIGH SEDUCTION is the first book that I have read from Vivian Arend, and was still able to following the series, since this story is focused on Erin and Tim. The BSDM is on the lighter side, and that was the only thing that bothered me with this book. It just didn't seem to fit into the story. Overall the book was good, and well written I love how she used diversity in her characters, as well as the search and rescue aspect of it. The rescue scenes were descriptive and interesting. I would certainly recommend reading HIGH SEDUCTION!
