MACRIEVE even the name is sexy. The story is about a gorgeous Scottish Lykae with a twin brother who has been haunted by his past for hundreds of years, Uilleam MACRIEVE, a paranormal fan's dream.

MACRIEVE's life has been on a serious downward spiral until one night he goes to an auction hoping to find revenge and what he finds instead is Chloe Todd. Chloe Todd is no weak girl but a strong, sassy professional soccer player. Chloe has goals and plans for her life and has worked hard to get where she is only to have it all stolen away.

Chloe is taken away by MACRIEVE to protect her and win her heart but he has no idea what he is getting into. As he discovers new things about Chloe he begins to wonder if he can survive her or if it all is too much for his already tormented heart. Chloe is discovering a new and strange world she never knew existed and a man she fears and desires.

Kresley Cole has created a world that readers love to explore and characters that readers love to root for. MACRIEVE is a great read.
