LUSH is book three (and as of now the last) in author Lauren Dane's DELICOUS novels. I recommend reading these books in order as the stories happen in succession. This series is a spin off from the Brown Family Novels but it isn't necessary to read the first series to understand and follow this one. Of course I found the Brown Family novels first and that's when Dane won me over. LUSH is a satisfying desert to a most delicious meal.
