Mystery Cozy

Everyone in town is called on to participate as the community theater puts on a production of Midsummer Night's Dream. Only a few roles are being played by professional actors. Robbie Vine is a real ladies man. His former girlfriend is in the cast as is his ex-wife. He flirts with Lindsey who's on again off again relationship with Sully is off right now. Lindsey isn't interested but that doesn't stop Robbie's flirting. There are several accidents in which Robbie is nearly killed and then he is killed. The show must go on but the problems continue and everyone is convinced the show is jinxed. Lindsey inserts herself into the investigation and what she learns will lead to the killer attempting to kill Lindsey. Ms. McKinlay is a favorite author. She has three series going on but she manages to keep them fresh and exciting. The Library Lover's Mystery series is consistently high quality with some amusing moments scattered among the more serious events as Lindsey gets closer to the killer's identity.

Brought in to play the mischievous Puck is the flirtatious professional actor Robbie Vine, who seems to have eyes for Lindsey. Before her blush has faded, the Bard’s dream turns into a nightmare—when one of the cast is poisoned.
