Romance Series | Romance

River Martin is bodyguard for the Callahan family. Her secret is that she is enamored with Tighe Callahan, a twin to Dante. On the other hand, Tighe wants nothing more than to claim River as his own. Riding Firefreak, a mean bull, might just get her attention. Three seconds and an injury has done just that. Rancho Diablo is the New Mexico home of Tighe and his six siblings, one a sister, where he was raised in the Chacon tribe before serving in the military. Each year at the Christmas gala, Aunt Fiona has auctioned off one of the brothers, expecting a marriage. Every Chacon Callahan sibling wears a lightning strike tattoo as the sign of their bond. Their grandfather Running Bear predicts one of the siblings is the hunted one and will bring harm to the family.

Their mother and father are in hiding from the cartel and their Uncle Wolf. This also keeps the siblings at risk and constant confrontation with their uncle. The night of the rodeo River became pregnant with Tighe's triplets, and now protecting those he loves is catamount. Magic and tribal beliefs envelop the family. Convincing River to marry him seems to be insurmountable; especially when kidnapped along with Aunt Fiona, carted off to Montana and stowed away in a primitive cabin on the mountain. Nearly freezing in the primitive cabin for several months, River and Aunt Fiona are desperate to be rescued as River is beginning to feel twinges of pain. With River nearing her time after being kept hostage in exchange for Tighe's parents, Tighe is frantic to rescue them and protect his future wife and babies.

Excitement and magic will rock your world in this suspenseful read. The Callahan family is strong and colorful in everything they do. The entire read is full of humor and surprising little antics throughout. Tina Leonard knows how to engage the reader in her story and in the minds of her characters. I really enjoyed CALLAHAN COWBOY TRIPLETS and hope to read the next in the Callahan Cowboys miniseries. Tina Leonard is a very talented writer!

SUMMARY

His Callahan Destiny?

Tighe Callahan is wild and free as the wind, until he starts chasing the beautiful River Martin. After he catches her—in a midnight seduction he'll never forget—Tighe learns he's about to become a daddy…three times over! Not even an ornery bull can stop him from making River and their babies-to-be his.

Standing down isn't in River's vocabulary. Tighe can insist on doing the honorable thing all he wants—she isn't tying the knot until the cowboy says he loves her. Only, now her wounded warrior's on some dangerous, life-changing quest.

Tighe's finally ready to heed the message of his ancestors: defend his land and claim his woman. Because it's never too late to become the Callahan he was destined to be!
