RAVISHED BY THE MOON BY MORGAN FOX is a sexy, erotic and suspense filled read. Dr. Megan Shaw is charged by her alpha Sebastian McCarthy, to do the autopsy on the infected Mason and find out what secrets his body is hiding and to maybe get some clues to a cure for the the Lycan infection that he was spreading. This she can do, what she is having a hard time doing is dealing with her very alpha, big, dangerous and gorgeous protectors. Dominic and Megan have a history that goes back to their youth, and with so many unanswered questions from that time, and Dominic always being a jerk, she is having a hard time ignoring him. Then there is Reyes, she has no idea what to do with the feelings she is having for him. Megan refuses to believe in the mating curse, as she calls it. She saw what it did to her parents and she refuses to let it happen to her. Her parents where only together because they are a mated pair. When she was younger she over hears her parents fighting and her mother telling her father that she was never in love with him. This has left such an impression on her, that she vows when she finds the person she is to spend her life with, she wants it to be because they fell in love and not because some mating pull made them be together. The mating pull is all that she feels is compelling her to be attracted to these two men.
After she sneaks out of her apartment where Reyes is sleeping, she decides she needs to get drunk. What she doesn't expect is to find Dominic at her favorite neighborhood Lycan bar. After sitting in a dark corner watching him for a while, she decides that it is time to confront him. After some talking they head to his apartment. After interesting oral sex on his stairs and a wild session in his bed, they are both convinced they are each others mates. Megan doesn't want it and Dominic is trying to figure out how to keep her for himself. He knows that there is also something between Megan and Reyes. Before the sun is up they are awoken by a pounding on Dominic's front door, of course it is Reyes. After her walk of shame and getting cleaned up at her apartment she is ready to head to the clinic and back to work, and to get her mind off what happened the night with Dominic. That is until Reyes corners her and kisses the daylights out of her. After that kiss there is no question that she is also Reyes's mate as well as Dominic's. What is she going to do. Well this is where the fun begins and is so worth the read.
I really enjoyed RAVISHED BY THE MOON, the story between the three main charters is well written. The sex scenes are not just all sex for the sake of having sex. There are very real feelings and emotions involved, you can feel what Ms. Fox is trying to convey to the reader in her words. This is a must read if you like a good story about male, female relationships with the ups and downs they go through. The other part of the story is about the reason she has two protectors, which is very good and the reason you want to read the other books in MS. Fox's Moonlight Shifters series, if you haven't already. Happy reading.
