Silver Ashcroft, a D'Anu witch, has promised never to use forbidden black magic, for she's a white witch, as are all of her family. She wouldn't turn down help from Hawk, a Tuatha D'Danaan warrior, even if she does have to summon him so he can enter her world and help. He may be just what she's looking for -- in more ways than one.

This is the first book I've read by Cheyenne McCray, and I enjoyed it a lot. The story is fresh and the characters likable. A good read.
