The old sayings such as "it's always darkest before its
dawn", "you have to hit rock bottom before you can get
up", "once you hit rock bottom the only way is up" are
just meaningless words until it happens to you. Austin
Wright woke up today and doesn't remember how he got home,
what he did last night or who he was with. The startling
truth of his dark path is staring him right in the eye.
Austin feels and looks like garbage and he realizes this is
what rock bottom looks like. He decides he wants more from
life than rodeos, drinking, and women.
Dinah Heart is a strong confident woman whose career is at
its peak. She has become the Sheriff for her home town of
Round Up, Montana. Round Up is having a string of
burglaries which Dinah is investigating. She feels that if
she can solve the mystery of who is committing the crimes
she will prove she's the right person for the job.
Previously the job of Sheriff had always been held by a
man, Dinah is the first female to have such a prestigious
role in the community. She wants to prove to herself as
well as the town that they made the right choice when they
voted for her.
During her investigation Dinah comes to think Austin may be
a part of the robbery. She begins to get closer to him to
discover what secrets he is hiding. Meanwhile as Austin is
trying to become a better man he begins to wonder if it is
possible for him to get out of the shadow of his dad's
checkered past. As the investigation continues the more the
chemistry between them begins to intensify but how do they
act on those feelings when they both have so many
unresolved issues.
AUSTIN: SECOND CHANCE COWBOY, is a heart
wrenching story that will have you cheering on the underdog
and crossing your fingers hoping he finds his way.
Wild At Hart
No man should look as good as Austin Wright. Especially
when that man is a suspect in a string of burglaries. And,
Sheriff Dinah Hart can't afford the distraction. Roundup's
thieves are growing bolder and Thunder Ranch's prize
stallion, Midnight, is still missing, putting the Harts'
entire livelihood at risk. Dinah needs to focus, because
she's worked too hard to earn the town's respect just to
throw it away on a fling.
Austin knows he's got a bad reputation. He's been following
his father's self-destructive footsteps for far too long.
Now he's finally ready to take the first step toward fixing
his life, and convincing people, especially Dinah, that
he's changed.
But when Austin discovers an unexpected connection to
Midnight's disappearance, will Dinah see him for the man he
was, or the one he's trying to become?
