Lily Darlington has given up her crazy ways. She's focused on raising her 10-year-old son Pip and running her salon and day spa. No more drinking. No more tattoos. No more driving her car into her ex-husband's front room. And absolutely no flirting and sex with the hot younger-by-eight-years Deputy next door Tucker Mathews. Oh wait, maybe she's still a little crazy.
CRAZY ON YOU is a fun, quick read that takes fans back to Lovett, Texas. Novellas often leave me wanting more and that was definitely the case here. I would have liked more time to get to know Lily and Tucker and savor their developing relationship. That said, the story has all the elements that we have come to expect from Ms. Gibson's stories... a sexy hero, a quirky heroine, entertaining supporting characters, and a touch of humor.
Lily
Darlington's been called crazy in her dayβand, yeah, driving
her car into her ex-husband's living room probably wasn't
the smartest move ever madeβbut the louse deserved it. Now
Lily is happily single, and she's turned it all around. She
knows she's a good mom, a homeowner, and a businesswoman,
all wrapped up in one good-looking package.
A package
that police officer Tucker Matthews is dying to unwrap. This
ex-military man sure doesn't need another woman in his life.
His last girlfriend left him with nothing but memories and a
cat named Pinky! But living next door to Lily has been
driving him nuts. He dreams about her long blonde hair and
even longer legs. And maybe it's time to go a little crazy .
. . and fall in love.
