Jason Bourne fishes a floating body out of an icy lake in snow-covered Sweden. The man is near dead, so Jason takes him to where he is staying and tries to revive him. Between the web of lies, betrayals, battling for power and the principle characters scamming each other, we are never sure who the good guys are and which ones are really bad guys. Each of the characters seems to have an agenda that involves eliminate someone else.
