Mystery Paranormal

Carlino Gaetano and his friend Vittorio Martinez set sail for England from Italy in the hope of starting a new life. But Carlino never expected to fall in love, that is, until he lays eyes on Gianetta Rossini. Gianetta is traveling to England to marry a wealthy man her father has chosen as her husband. Gianetta, however intends to disobey her parents and marry Carlino. But Carlino and Gianetta never exchange vows because Gianetta mysteriously disappears from the ship.

Gianetta's wealthy parents immediately place the blame on Carlino. But no one suspects the wealthy baron secretly occupying the Captain's quarters. Baron Antonio Barlucci has been undead for over 600 years. Barlucci is visiting England to meet with a famous hematologist who might help him become mortal again and stop the horrible deaths that follow him wherever he goes. In order to quench his thirst for blood, the Baron feeds on the unsuspecting prostitutes who frequent the Whitechapel district in London. Barlucci protects his identity as a vampire by slashing the throats of his victims and mutilating their bodies. The baron has made a sport of murdering prostitutes in London, and Scotland Yard is under pressure to find the elusive serial killer now dubbed "Jack the Ripper."

Scotland Yard will benefit from the help of Detective Sherlock Holmes, a detective with an astute mind and a sharp eye to detail. When the murders are brought to the attention of Holmes, along with the trial of the young Italian about to hang for the murder of Gianneta Rossini, the detective deduces the murderer must be one and the same. While Sherlock Holmes and his friend, Dr. Watson, are zoning in on the murderer's identity, the charming Barlucci finds himself falling in love with Abigail Drake, the police commissioner's niece. Abigail is exquisitely beautiful, but more importantly she reminds Barlucci of the only woman he has ever loved, but that was so ago.

Dean Turnbloom takes Sherlock Holmes and brilliantly transforms him into a ruthless vampire hunter. Baron Antonio Barlucci is wealthy, handsome, and seduces the readers with his charm. The readers will delight in Holmes' immaculately clever detective work which leads him straight to the equally clever baron. Barlucci's unexpected love for Abigail is reminiscent of Dracula's love for Mina. The baron, too, has a love he has never forgotten. Dean Turnbloom's novel is a delightful total original read which fans of all genres will love. SHERLOCK HOLMES AND THE WHITECHAPEL VAMPIRE takes Sherlock Holmes, Dracula, and Jack the Ripper and creates a riveting masterpiece of suspense and forbidden romance.
