Sorcha Ferguson is bound and determined to snag a Lycan like some of her coven sisters; however, her close friend - and seer of the coven- says this is not her destiny. She'd be perfectly happy with the brooding vampire, Alec MacQuarrie, but he has always wanted now-married Cait, the seer. Despite his long-held desires for Cait, Alec can't seem to get the plant-manipulating Sorcha out of his mind, particularly as she stubbornly keeps throwing herself at every rough Lycan in her path! Alec is sure he has no heart and that he cannot love anyone now that he has been made a vampire; however, he refuses to let Sorcha sully herself with anyone else. In addition, Sorcha feels the same and would rather their virtues be in question with each other rather than anyone else. However, how is he supposed to get this wild woman safely home, so he can at least talk to her father?
