Lissianna Argeneau is a 200-year-old vampire with a

out. However, her mother has the solution. Kidnap Dr.
Gregory Hewitt, phobia specialist, and keep him tied to
Lissianna's bed until he cures her. But when Lissianna sees
him lashed down to her four-poster, she has other ideas.
Then she discovers he may be her life mate. To complicate
matters further, someone seems to be trying to kill her.
A QUICK BITE is a very fun book. I liked the characters,
the storyline and the attitude. Sands has taken the vampire
genre and infused it with humor, coming at it from a new
direction. A good read.
