Steamy sensuality combined with a delightful cast of characters amidst a historical background makes for a captivating read. Fans of historical romances will eagerly devour this scorching tale that is filled with adventure, mystery and, most of all, an exciting love story. The secondary characters only add to this story that I wasn't able to put down, a common occurrence when reading books by this author.
