Now that Teal Williams is standing in the same room as Zane Cutter, Teal blames temporary insanity for jumping at the chance to fill in for her father as Cutter Salvage's marine mechanic. Teal thought coming back to Cutter Cay Island would allow her and her father, Sam, an opportunity to finally connect.
