Viktor McKell is not only a fugitive but a Vampire Warrior, once the leader of the Vampire army forced from his underground home to live among humans, leaving him to search for answers on how to walk among them during the daylight hours. AIR is doing their best to bring him to headquarters. McKell has already sent some AIR agents back with injuries, such as missing fingers. McKell's peace is interrupted as two women enter his camp and continue to argue over him. McKell knows his appeal as a Vampire is irresistible, but these two are obvious AIR agents and putting an end to the chatter is imperative. The moment McKell turns his attention to the stunning agents, he's taken with Ava Sans and her ability to stun him, literally and figuratively.

This is the 5th futuristic/paranormal book in the Alien Huntress series, which is purely a pleasure to read. The characters are incredible and the action is unbelievably awesome. A five-star read!
