White House Executive Chef Olivia Paras wanted some time off when her mom and nana come to visit, but this isn't exactly what she had in mind. A guest has died at dinner and until the cause of death is determined, everyone and everything is under suspicion, including Ollie and her staff. Ms. Hyzy takes Ollie outside of her natural environment, the kitchen, thus giving readers a glimpse of a different side of this fascinating character. Ollie's nana and mom prove to be great supporting sidekicks in this latest adventure as Ollie sorts through the clues to a satisfying conclusion to the latest White House Chef mystery.
