When Charlotte "Charlie" Prescott inherits the 1880s family home in Martha's Vineyard, little does she know she'll be spending the Christmas holidays with a supernatural being with a rather erotic history. In addition to her "resident guest," Charlie finds herself sensually preoccupied with the very sexy Sam Landry, a reporter interviewing for ghostly occurrences.
