Cinn Airmid has finally found a place where she feels she
can do the most good with the plants she has created by her
own hand. She has signed a contract with The Castle of Dark
Dreams and Sparkle Stardust to nurture her babies and allow
her new boss to place them in the fantasy rooms to add the
allure to the Castle itself. But things start to get weird;
Sparkle has taken her to a room where a man is shackled in
chains and looks like a wild creature with fangs. She wants
her to create a plant to help the man beat a curse of
madness, yet all Cinn can think about is getting out of the
room -- and the Castle. Yet when the mystery man shows up at
her door with a promise to protect her, Cinn finds her will
to leave diminishes.
Dacian is angry and confused at why someone has chained him
to a wall, until his senses begin to calm him and he
realizes he is where he needs to be to find his brother.
The very brother he lied to for over 200 years, while
pretending to be dead to save everyone he has ever cared
about from his evil maker. Now Dacian's gaze is captured by
a very beautiful woman who is looking at him with fear,
confusion, and lord help him, fascination. Knowing he must
bide his time before locating his brother, Dacian agrees to
help Sparkle watch over her newly acquired employee by
guarding Cinn during the night. He finds both Cinn and her
creative plants interesting. Unfortunately, he begins to
feel possessive of the plant lover, but he is fully aware
that both of them are being hunted by very dangerous beings.
The fourth book in the Castle of Dark Dreams series is
witty, light yet dark and extremely charming. It is always
a pleasure to read a Nina Bangs creation.
The Castle of Dark Dreams is just part of an adult theme
park, right? The most decadent attraction in a place where
people go to play out their wildest erotic fantasies.
Holgarth isn’t really a wacky wizard, and Sparkle Stardust
doesn’t actually create cosmic chaos by hooking up
completely mismatched couples. And that naked guy chained
up in the dungeon? No way he’s a vampire.
Wrong…dead wrong, as botanist Cinn Airmid is about to find
out. It’s up to her to save the night feeder’s sanity, but
to do that she’ll have to get close to the most
dangerously sexy male she’s ever encountered. And one look
in Dacian’s haunted black eyes tells her close will take
on a whole new meaning with someone who’s had 600 years to
practice his technique. Even a girl with a name that
conjures up images of forbidden pleasure has a few tricks
to learn from… MY WICKED VAMPIRE
