UNTAMED is the story of Zoey Redbird, a girl who's going through vampire changes and is considered a fledgling. She has lost all her boyfriends and she also loses all her friends except her best friends Stevie Rae and Aphrodite. Stevie Rae dies but comes back to life. Aphrodite has turned back into a human but still has visions about bad things that could happen. Zoey Redbird must find a way to gain her friends' trust back and also tries to stop the Raven Mockers from bringing Kalona, the evil raven, back to the world. Worst news is Zoey finds out Neferet, her high priestess, is also helping to bring back Kalona.
I liked UNTAMED because the surprise that Kalona comes back to the world. I was also very surprised to learn that Zoey's grandma was in the hospital. I wasn't expecting the Raven Mockers to be listening to Zoey and her grandma when she is telling where she would be. I especially loved when Zoey sees Stark on the first day and then later, as he is dying, she gets the feeling that she knew him her whole life.
My favorite book out of the House Of Night series by P.C. Cast and Kristen Cast has been UNTAMED. I enjoyed the twists, turns, and surprises it offered. I recommend, if you have not read this series, to go out to buy it and start reading them now!!!!! They even have a website, just go to HouseOfNightSeries.com. Go now, don't just sit there!!!!!!!!!!!
Life sucks when your friends are pissed at you. Just ask
Zoey Redbird – she's become an expert on suckiness.
In one week she has gone from having three boyfriends to
having none, and from having a close group of friends who
trusted and supported her, to being an outcast. Speaking of
friends, the only two Zoey has left are undead and unMarked.
And Neferet has declared war on humans, which Zoey knows in
her heart is wrong. But will anyone listen to her? Zoey's
adventures at vampyre finishing school take a wild and
dangerous turn as loyalties are tested, shocking true
intentions come to light, and an ancient evil is awakened in
PC and Kristin Cast's spellbinding fourth House of Night novel.
