Tamara Briggs is a 30-something widow and single mother.
She's ready to get back into life, finally, and sexy Elec
Monroe is just the ticket. A NASCAR ticket, that is. He's a
rookie driver on the race car circuit, and just what
Tamara's looking for -- as a one-time thing, that is. She
lost her husband in a racing accident and she's not
interested in anything serious with anybody in racing
anymore. But whatever happened to wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am?
Tamara lets Elec take her home -- well, sort of. She
actually ends up spending the night with him. But, so what?
A girl's got to have some fun, right? But now he wants to
meet her kids and she's not sure she's ready for anything
like that again.
FLAT OUT SEXY was a treat. The characters were totally
believable, and since it's Erin McCarthy, you know
it's sexy! No one writes this type of story better than Ms.
McCarthy. The excitement of the track, the heart-rending
mother of fatherless children, the steam between the
sheets, ahhhh. As usual, this author delivers. Don't miss
this good read.
Independent single mother
Tamara Briggs wanted to find a new, sexy, no-strings-
attached man—just not one as young as NASCAR driver Elec
Monroe. But he sure does get her heart racing. And after
she’s tricked into a blind date with him, Tamara gives in
to her passion. Things screech to a halt, though, when he
asks to meet her children. Whatever happened to wham-bam-
thank-youma’am? Suddenly Tamara has to decide how much
risk she’s willing to take to experience the power of true
love.
