Damien is the Prince of all Vampires who rules with an iron

have a tentative truce after centuries of war and fighting.
These races are known as the Nightwalkers who survive during
the night finally see eye to eye. Damien wants the best for
his people even though his wants and desires are placed in
the background. He only thirsts for blood and believes
because of what he is; he will never find a mate because
vampires are known to be cold and ruthless.
The histories of the Nightwalkers are in then universal
collection, a library that is coveted by all. It was
discovered by the Lycanthropes on their territory and in
their caverns. Since the Lycanthrope Queen has married the
commander of the Demon armed forces, they welcome the
vampire community and their scholars to research these
treasured books. Working side by side, perhaps the bonds can
grow even stronger between these races and peace can reign
supreme. Damien decides to go to the library because he is
also curious and to keep watch and make sure no one uses the
library for their own devious means to gain more power.
Syreena is the sister of Sienna, the Lycanthrope Queen and
is very special for she can shift change into many forms.
She is asked by Sienna to guard the Nightwalker library and
agrees. But when Syreena is attacked by a powerful and
crazed demon, Damien is there to rescue her. Even though
these two are not meant to be together in anyway possible,
they both cannot deny the lust they have for each other. For
the first time in Damien's long life, his heart is telling
him to take a mate. These two are forbidden to love one
another and there are those, even ones close to Damien who
will make sure he and his Lycanthrope princess are separated
forever.
Fans of Jacquelyn Frank's Nightwalkers series will rejoice
with the latest addition to an incredible paranormal series
like no other. DAMIEN is lush with Frank's storytelling and
her descriptions of the characters and settings are truly
amazing. DAMIEN blows all other stereotypes away with his
portrayal of a vampire prince that has the weight of the
world on his shoulders. He is basically a moralistic man who
wants the best for his people. Even though loving comes hard
to him, he is one to protect and care for those he calls his
friends. Syreena is like a breath of fresh air and she is
another greatly written character. When Damien and she
realize they are meant to be together, their love become so
strong and very emotional.
The villains in DAMIEN are some nasty creatures and the
action and suspense is non-stop until the very last page.
Good and bad fight against one another in some excellent
fight scenes and don't be surprised if you rise to you feet
applauding the winners. DAMIEN is one paranormal romance
that should be placed high on your to be read list.
