Unfortunately, Conwin can't swim, has lost sight of his crew and has started hallucinating. Granted, seeing a silver coconut isn't the worst hallucination a man could come up with, but when the coconut turns into a head, and the head into a mermaid, Con is sure he's at death's door. Fortunately, Reanestra isn't a hallucination. The shy mermaid saves Con, hauling him to a deserted island and using her connections to set up his rescue. Back in civilization, Con realizes leaving Ree behind was a mistake. He decides to use all his resources to get his mermaid back where she belongs -- in his arms, forever.

Finally, in Speed Dating, Werewolf Style, werewolf Cain is pondering her single state as her 13th birthday approaches. Most of the pack members her age have married and started producing cubs. DEAD OVER HEELS is a light, fun collection of paranormal novellas fans will devour with delight. Ms. Davidson's inimitable style is evident throughout and there are laugh- out-loud moments in all three. While the Undead series is my favorite of all time, it was the Wyndham werewolves I found most entertaining in this collection. The only complaint I put forth is that all of the stories were far too short, leaving me wanting more, more, more! Enjoy!
