Kerri Sulllivan, that answer is simple; whatever it takes.

have left a mark that has never healed, closing him off from
love to prevent further pain. Furthermore, Nathan
understands the incredible pressure and anguish Kerri is
feeling as she watches Cody's body weaken, knowing that

startled to discover that he not only respects the woman who

and selfless behavior in the face of adversity could melt
the heart of the most confirmed cynic, while Nathan King's
pessimism and self-centered behavior are a wonderful
contrast, making his slow change into the understanding
nurturer that Kerri and Cody need all the more satisfying.
In the skillful hands of Susan Mallery, love and hope create
miracles, as well as a warm, deeply satisfying story. I
