Druid sorcerer Cian MacKelter has spent the past 1133 years
trapped inside the Dark Glass. The mirror, one of the
Unseelie Hallows, keeps Cian captive as long as Lucan
Trevayne, the Dark Sorcerer who imprisoned him, pays it a
tithe of pure gold at midnight on Samhain Eve (Halloween)
once each 100 years. The mirror's Dark Gift is immortality
for Lucan. When the mirror is stolen shortly before the
tribute comes due, Lucan is ready to move heaven and earth
to have the Glass returned to him. He sends out assassins
to track down the Glass and kill anyone who may have come
into contact with it.
For grad student Jessi St. James, a real life is something
