Gina Bliss, a famous movie star and action heroine, loves
what she does for a living including doing all of her own
stunts. After two movies in as many years, she's ready for
an exhilarating vacation, such as mountain climbing, to
relax and rejuvenate. When her latest film wraps up, Gina's
agent mentions a new TV reality game, "Surviving Demon
Island," which may provide her with the exciting thrill
she's craving.
Gina's anticipation to begin the game doesn't compare to
the desirability she immediately feels for Derek Marks, the
hot and rugged physical trainer for the show. Their
attraction becomes fierce when the game turns lethal and
survival is a necessity. Gina and Derek embark on an
adventure of unexplainable desires and events that lead
them down a dangerous and thrilling path.
I'm glad this is the first book in a series; I absolutely
loved it!!! Jaci Burton does a fabulous job of bringing the
paranormal characters to life; they're so real they
practically jump off the pages. I couldn't put this book
down! My first thought when I finished was "Whose story is
she going to tell next?" and "When will it be available?"
