Lucifer wants to retire from evil and destruction to a quiet beach anywhere in the world; but to do so he must have a successor to his empire. An obvious choice is one of his illegitimate and immortal sons: Jack, Nick or Marcus. In order to become the ruler of Hell, Lucifer gives each son a different task that is designed to test their commitment to Hell and to their father. If the task is carried out properly, that son will become the coveted ruler of Hell or face the devil's wrath.

Jack is to purchase the rare Book of Souls and encounters Gabriella, the owner of the bookstore and the book in question. Nick is to steal the soul of Delilah, the daughter of the devil's nemesis, through art. Marcus is to find the Devil's Delight, a historical artifact thought to be a myth, and is forced to work with Celeste, a thief in her own right. Will the devil's sons be up for the challenge or will they find more than what they were looking for?

This is a fabulous read! I was drawn to each character, so much so, that I didn't want the book to end. The style of writing was enticing and original. These three women have found a wonderful thing in working together.
