Romance Science Fiction | Romance Suspense
Second in a snarky, sexy sci-fi romance series with the
perfect balance of humor, heart, and heat. When someone
tries to kill powerful continental senator Angela Neko,
Texan outlaw and old flame Kellen Hockley is the only man
who can keep her safe...and help her save the world. Kellen Hockley usually keeps quiet about his past, but once
upon a time he loved a girl named Angela. He hasn't seen her
in a decade, but now he has to break the news to her that
his team of rogue treasure hunters accidentally killed her
husband. He's had better days... It's not the news that's delivered to Angela Neko that
breaks her apart—it's the rumbly, Texas drawl delivering it.
She can't believe she's hearing Kellen's voice again. But
there's no time for distractions. When Angela's own life is
threatened, yielding up all of her lies and secrets, she and
Kellen must figure out how to reverse the geopolitical
firestorm she lit to save the world, to save Kellen's
cat...and just maybe to save each other.

To celebrate Fall, I go on quiet walks around my neighborhood. (Cecilia Rodriguez 12:05pm November 16, 2017)
How do I celebrate fall? I drink flavored coffees and look out the window contemplating the changing of the seasons! (John Smith 9:02pm November 16, 2017)
Run through my pile of freshly raked leaves. (G. Bisbjerg 10:09am November 17, 2017)
Fall is the time of year when the best tasting apples come out, so I like to bake -- health permitting!! This year I came across a recipe for apple cookies, and other similar recipes which are a bit less time-consuming, so I'm hoping to give them a try. It's also time to work on my knitting, and do my charity work for the Holidays, as well as a gift or two for Special Friends for Christmas if time allows. My Christmas Cards also have to start being written, since I have quite a few. So time has to be blocked accordingly. Fall tends to get busy, until chores get completed. Can't beat the scenery!! Baking! Temps drop, time to warm the house on those chilly days! This year is the first time I won't be making a turkey and it's causing some consternation. We've always hustled to get the house cleaned for company, spread out the Black Friday ads and prep for Xmas. I've been ill and another family member has taken turkey duty. Doesn't feel the same! The weather is invigorating so I find excuses to walk around outdoors or do gardening chores. I envy those who live further northward and have colorful leaves on trees, but we have our own beauty in the southern part of our country. (Anna Speed 1:15pm November 21, 2017)
