As Glynis journeys home to Seneca Falls, a passenger on
the
train is stabbed right before her eyes. Before he dies,
the victim hands her a pouch containing a signet ring, a
crumpled bank note, and a twenty dollar gold eagle coin.
Glynis doesn't want to get involved in more intrigue. But
when the conspiracies of die-hard abolitionist John Brown
cross paths with the maligned money, she is forced to
fight
a tide of violence and false accusation that strikes ever
close to home...
