In the latest from the author of Murder, Served
Simply, an Amish man checks out permanently, but quilt
shop owner Angie Braddock’s got this mystery
covered…
With so much to do between running her
shop and spending time with her new boyfriend, it’s amazing
Angie is able to help organize the Rolling Brook library's
annual book sale. Luckily she’s working alongside brash
librarian Austina Shaker, a lady who isn’t afraid to make
waves to get books to her patrons—even the Amish.
Unfortunately, this draws the ire of cranky Bartholomew
Belier, an Old Order Amish bishop, who publicly vows to ruin
Austina.
And she certainly might be ruined after
Belier is found dead in her bookmobile. Now Angie must
employ the help of her loyal quilting circle—as well as her
beloved French bulldog, Oliver—if she hopes to prove
Austina’s innocence before the real killer books
it…
Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to read the first story about the first story about Petunia the goat, but I'm not going to miss this one!! She sounds priceless, as does this story!! Your book has so many things in it that I love - quilting for starters, then there's the Amish, and a mystery, and when you add Petunia in there for a chuckle, if I could reach through my screen and grab a copy of this book, I would do it in a heartbeat!! With most of my books being either light to heavy reading for this upcoming Fall, I really need something upbeat, and more like myself for my reading agenda!! Thank you so much for coming here today, and letting us know about your latest book!! It is definitely on my TBR list, and will remain near the top of that list, no matter how long it grows. I'll be starting to read within the next month - once I finish my major house project. Love the cover to your book as well. The covers to your books are always beautifully finished to enhance the great stories within. Congratulations again!! (Peggy Roberson 12:24pm October 13, 2015)
