Nick, the local veterinary surgeon, who just happens to be gorgeous and rich, woos Sally and tries to find a way into her heart. Although she begins to date Nick, she canβt get Damien off her mind. Having found her own independence and a renewed sense of self. Sally also begins to find her feet again, finding her inner strength and becomes the woman she always wanted to be. Meanwhile, Damien fights his inner demons, reassessing his past behaviour and vows to fight for his woman, not allowing himself to give up on their love. The majority of the Stripped Bare story centres around a character so broken by a romantic encounter, that she has lost all sense of self. Having to face a new set of challenges, Sally shows that she is resilient, and can stand on her own two feet. In true romantic style, the ending returns to its romantic origins, with the main characters finding their happy ending as all good romances should. Stripped Bareβs characters have been built so that people can relate to them. They have been made to feel real, and to address issues raised in the real world.
