Romance Historical | Romance Time Travel

From the "master of time travel romance": RITA award-winning author Gwyn Cready continues her steamy Sirens of the Scottish Borderlands series

She needs a man-but only for a night

What do you get when you imbibe centuries-old whiskey-besides a hangover the size of the Highlands? If you're twenty-first century ad exec Gerard Innes, you get swept back to 18th-century Edinburgh and into the bed of a gorgeous, fiery redhead. Gerard has only a foggy idea what he and the lady have been up to...but what he does remember draws him into the most dangerous and exhilarating campaign of his life.

Be careful what you wish for...

Serafina Seonag Fallon's scoundrel of a fiancé has left her with nothing, and she's determined to turn the tables. If she can come up with a ringer, she can claim the cargo he stole from her. But the dashing man she summons from the future demands more than a night, and Serafina finds it easier to command the seas under her feet than the crashing waves he unleashes in her heart.

Re: First Time With A Highlander

No I have not
(Marissa Yip-Young 5:39am October 14, 2015)

I am still fairly new to the area in which I live, so
there's no such thing as coming out parties here!! I
settle for getting new books the week that they come
out, and reading them then. If they're really good, I
share the book by phone with my out-of-state friends,
or my Huband, or both!! Your latest book sounds
really good, and I'm looking forward to reading it.
Congratulations!!

I've never been to a book release party but it sounds like fun.

Pam Howell 8:42am October 14, 2015)

I don't attend public release parties. I just celebrate by reading the eagerly-anticipated book!
(
Cheryl Castings 10:50am October 14, 2015)

I have never been to a book-release party, but it might be
fun to attend one.

I haven't been to a book release party but it would be
interesting.

No I have not attended a book release party...

I've done online book release parties, but do not have
time for them the way I used to. Those suckers are like
four hours long! I actually would prefer a physical book
release party, and a book club I used to belong to would
theme a meeting toward a new release sometimes.
Otherwise, the only actual book release party I've been
to was at a local indie bookseller for the last Harry
Potter book.

No, I have not been to a book release party. I live too far away to attend an event . I'm sure they are loads of fun though . Hope to read this book soon .

I have "attended" some of the release parties on Facebook, but not had the
pleasure of attending one in person. It must be a great feeling to have your
work out there for us to enjoy. Try not to second guess yourself too much
after the book comes out. There is very little in life we don't feel we could
have done differently or improved. I have never been disappointed with any
of your books. I am sure this one will be just as satisfying.

I've never been to a release party(unless you count online!) And I don't get books the day they are release(or see movies just released!) That just doesn't fit my schedule.

No I have never been to a book release party. I think it
would be fun. Thank you

I just attended my first book release party a few weeks ago. I usually celebrate by buying the book the week it comes out and I read it right away.
(

I've never been to a book release party but buy books after they come out.
(
Linda Harrison 9:49am October 17, 2015)

Haven't been to a release party yet, but sounds like fun!
(
Diane Sallans 5:55pm October 17, 2015)

I have attended a few book release parties, but it is hard
to find time to sit for the full event. Some authors are
auto-buys on release day.
