Easter is, and always has been, a time for family gathering. Each of these recipes, at one time or another, has found its way to my family’s table, and has been met with rave reviews.

When family gets together for any meal, brunch, lunch or dinner, it should be something that can be placed on the table and shared communally. My favorite memory of our gatherings, was the smile that you received from family and friends, as delicious smelling dishes were passed from hand to hand around the table.

Also, when it comes to Easter you can’t forget the kids. They’re little hands are always eager to help and be involved in the going-ons around the house. Put that willingness to learn to good use with kid-friendly recipes for brunch, dinner and dessert.
