Bestseller NORA ROBERTS LAND presents a new series set in
the South amidst the backdrop of country music, foodie
splendor, family, and sweet forgiveness. When famous—and infamous—country singer Rye Crenshaw
saunters into the diner where she cooks, Tory Simmons is
certain she’s got him pegged. He’s a bad boy who indulges
himself in all things, women included. But while she
couldn’t care less about country music or arrogant men, Rye
makes her an offer she can’t refuse when he asks her to be
his private chef on his multi-city concert tour. The job is
the answer to all her prayers: it will clear out her debt
and finance the fresh start she desperately needs. Rye is certain his sassy new cook is the last woman who’d
ever tempt him, but spending time with the wholesome girl
next door will do wonders for his damaged public image,
whether she likes being forced into the spotlight or not.
Her food also happens to be the best he’s ever eaten, both
comforting and seductive. But spending time with Tory on the
road shows him a new side to her—one that’s as impossible to
resist as her food. And when an emergency in his family
whisks him home, he does the one thing he’s never risked: he
lets a woman into his heart… Soon the emotions Rye faked for the tabloids become all too
real, but will the country heaven he’s found in Tory’s arms
survive in the real world?

Re: Country Heaven
A Country singer can take a song, and really MAKE you feel the emotion he wants to portray. If he wants you to cry, he'll find the right song and tempo to do so. If he wants you to dance, he does that as well. He also has a way of telling a story, and sometimes it feels as if it's your life that he's telling the world. Some of them have that fancy swagger and stance that really get to you, too!! (Peggy Roberson 9:12am February 22, 2014)
I would love to read your book, however, it appears it's only an e-book. I don't have an e-reader. Will you be coming out with this book in print?? The cover is fabulous! (Linda Luinstra 4:51pm February 22, 2014)
They seem to make the whole story in the song seem real. They also make you feel the emotions of the song. (Carol Woodruff 7:06pm February 22, 2014)
Singers can twang upon your heartstrings and make you misty- eyed. Music reaches deep inside and makes the world seem different in a good way. Your story looks like it has oomph. (Alyson Widen 5:33pm February 25, 2014)
