Otto is a kid racecar driver, an inventor, and a very bad singer. Otto also loves wacky wordplay. He lives with his two nutty aunts, FiFi and FooFoo, who are the pit crew for his gadget-geared racecar, named Racecar.* They've yet to lose a race. When competitive Wilson Carlson Fullsom tries to sabotage Otto and Racecar for a $1 million prize, and two thugs set out to steal Racecar, these dumb guys will learn they are not match for Otto. Otto, too, has something to learn -- he's the son of two undercover agents!
*Racecar is a palindrome.
