Romance Suspense

Veterinarian Lauren Townsend has good reason for hiding her psychic ability. Not only did her "freakishness" earn her pariah status in the small town where she grew up, it cost her a fiancé and her faith in love. When Lauren foresees a murder—through the killer's eyes—she traces the victim to a sprawling ranch, never guessing what waits for her...

Cal Taggart's rugged ranch life doesn't need any more complications. His stubborn determination cost him his marriage, and now may cost him his livelihood. But then beautiful Lauren enters his corral...with danger close behind. And Cal wants nothing more than to protect her. They can't deny their intense attraction. Nor do they want to. What begins as a fling with no strings becomes a fight for survival—and for true love.

Re: Every Breath She Takes

Hi

I am a huge fan of romantic suspense stories and I have
started your Serve and Protect series and really enjoy it.
Need to catch up.

Thanks for the chance

Hi Norah,
I've had a life-long love affair with RS novels. I enjoy suspense and
intrigue. As a reader I gravitate to Harlequin Intrigues and Silhouette
Romantic Suspense books. I'm sorry to say that I haven't read your
novels, but that I'm going to look them up. Thanks for the blog post re:
Every Breath She Takes.

This book sounds worthy of reissue.

Would love to read your Serve and Protect Series. Love suspence/romance books. Thanks for the opportunity.
(
JoAnn White 12:25pm September 3, 2012)

That's an interesting story. I'm always inspired by authors who successfully have books republished, (often with incredible success) 10, or even 20+ years after it was written. It always reminds me to do what feels right and not be attached to the outcome, because you never know what the future will end up bringing!

Like all the characteristics of your new novel. Always happy to discover a
new (to me) writer.
(
Shari Santella 1:24pm September 3, 2012)

Serve and Protect series would be my choice. Just love stories about law enforcement and military.
(
Kai Wong 2:01pm September 3, 2012)

LOVE LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING you write
(
Helene Tompkins 2:08pm September 3, 2012)

Your a new author to me. I am glad that previously you didn't write about vampires. That would be what I would like to win..
(
Kathleen Bianchi 2:12pm September 3, 2012)

Book covers are so important to my choice of books---I imagine I would not have purchased this book with it's original cover.
(
Sue Farrell 2:18pm September 3, 2012)

Your re-release sounds awesome and I love the new cover. I would love to be able to have either series. You are a new author to me and I cant wait to start reading some of your books. If I had to pick I would start with the Serve and Protect series.

Rita Wray 4:03pm September 3, 2012)

I'd love to read them all!!!
(
Nora Charles 4:03pm September 3, 2012)

Glad that the book has another chance. I like paranormal elements in my reading. Not too many psychics left in the genre. Most are doing more, like werewolves and elves and such.
(
Carol Cobun 4:09pm September 3, 2012)

Congrats on the re-release. I know what it's like--my most recent release is in its third life, and its third cover. Thanks for being willing to share your story--and your books.
(
Terry Odell 5:14pm September 3, 2012)

(
Mary C 8:35pm September 3, 2012)

I love romantic suspense, and having a psychic element just
adds more intrigue. So glad it's being republished - the
cover really must indicate the style of the book, especially
with a new author.
(
Diane Sallans 9:02pm September 3, 2012)

Thank You for this Contest. I just can't get enough of rereleased books. Congrats!
(
Cheryl English 9:23pm September 3, 2012)

As soon as my page loaded (I have dial-up), I immediately was drawn to your cover. It is absolutely stunning!! Due to the fact that your story line falls into something I would immediately snatch off the shelf, I would love to read it!! If I were so fortunate to win, I would automatically pick the Serve and Protect series. I'd love to get it in print, because you can't beat having the feel of the pages turning in your hands. Call me old-fashioned, but I don't think I'll ever purchase an e-reader. Best of luck with your new publisher!!
(
Peggy Roberson 9:59pm September 3, 2012)

Congratulations on your rerelease with a cover you love!
(
Jan D 10:05pm September 3, 2012)

I would love to read one of your series. I am an avid reader, but have to admit, I have yet to read one of your books! They are now on my to-read list!
(
Stephanie Briggs 11:12pm September 3, 2012)

I hardly ever choose a book by it's cover! I am a habitual
reader and love books. I have recently been diagnosed with
lupus and reading has been my escape from the pain of my
condition. I would be so excited to win this contest as my
birthday is coming up and it would be a great present.
(
Denise Parrett 11:48pm September 3, 2012)

You certainly want your cover to match your story. I do notice covers, then I read the blurb. I would love to be considered for your SERVE AND PROTECT series.
(
Mary Preston 5:49am September 4, 2012)

How great that you get to reissue your book!
I would love to read the Serve and Protect books, ideally in real book rather than e-book, and I wish you well with the re-release.
(
Clare O'Beara 6:46am September 4, 2012)

I'd love to read the vampire series
(
Sandy Giden 11:54am September 4, 2012)

I, too, am a newcomer to your works - how cool about the reissue - that is GREAT news!
(
Felicia Ciaudelli 1:44pm September 4, 2012)

Congratulations and best wishes. Your re-issue is welcomed and
is great.
(
Sharon Berger 2:01pm September 4, 2012)

I enjoy romantic suspense!
(
Cheryl McEwen 4:29pm September 4, 2012)

Book covers are important, because they are what draws you to picking up the book. It's wise to reissue your book with the new cover that goes with the story. I've not read any of your books yet, but made a note awhile ago, to get Ashlyn's Radio which you co-authored with Heather Doherty. I thought this book sounded very good with the paranormal element. I'm hoping you'll write more of these haunted- types of stories, also, and I wish you well with the re-release.
(
Linda Luinstra 7:08pm September 4, 2012)

Norah, this is such a great publishing story. How well your publishing
life worked out. Can't wait to read the book.

Hi Norah, I read this book and I LOVE it. It's written so well, I'd swear you've been a bronco buster in a former life, or you've channelled your inner cowboy! :)
(
Lina Gardiner 4:21pm September 5, 2012)

The publishing industry certainly is rife with printing adventures and cover art opportunities/debacles as you have aptly described! Could this "risen from the also ran" tale provide a rib or two for a novel? What a happy conclusion for you!.....and for us! Hope I am as fortunate in this opportunity!
(
Carla Schuller 12:26pm September 6, 2012)

sounds like a good read; thanks for the draw
(
Barbara Studer 12:40pm September 6, 2012)

Glad you've got the cover you love, Norah, good reason. It's steamy. -:) I've no doubt you'll find plenty of eager readers for Every Breath She Takes. You're a wonderful writer and a terrific support to other writers. You deserve your success.

Romantic mysteries are some of my favorites. Even the breathing part makes me catch my breath and worry about what type of breathing shows up in this story - breathless, shallow, deep or gasping.
(
Alyson Widen 2:29pm September 8, 2012)

I'm sorry to say that I have not read any of Norah Wilson's books. After reading the preview and comments from fans, I must read these R/S books. Meeting a new author is always a wonderful thing for avid readers.
(
Rosemary Simm 2:38pm January 4, 2013)

Sounds like my kind of read.
