This is the best 'office-lit' book I have ever read! You will NOT stop LAUGHING when you read Handle Time!!! In fact, I believe that HANDLE TIMe is the sleeper hit of 2008!!If you answer phones for a living and the customers get on your nerves, you will enjoy having this book on your desk so you can refer to it when you need some support.
