Catherine Anderson

Catherine Anderson is an award-winning New York Times bestselling author of over 35 novels. She resides on a ranch in the Big Sky State of Montana with two dogs, five cats, and four horses. The horses live outside, of course, but her friends wouldn’t be surprised if she invited them in. Her home overlooks the Bitterroot River, and from her windows she enjoys panoramic views of the Bitterroot Mountain Range, which adjoins the Selways to create the third largest wilderness area in the Lower 48. The close proximity of her house to that vast wilderness provides her with opportunities to see wildlife daily. An animal lover, she is delighted by sightings of eagles, deer, foxes, osprey, otters, ermine, and the occasional moose. A native of Oregon, she has fallen in love with the people and the incredibly beautiful terrain of her new home state, both of which inspire her writing.
