Theresa Carle-Sanders
A professional cook and recipe writer, THERESA CARLE-SANDERS was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. After an early career in corporate management, she returned to school to pursue her passion for cooking, graduating at the top of her culinary class.
Today, she combines two lifelong loves—food and fiction—to craft imaginative cookbooks inspired by beloved stories. Her two bestselling Outlander Kitchen cookbooks draw from the world of Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series. Her latest release, Castle Rock Kitchen: Wicked Good Recipes from the World of Stephen King, features eighty recipes ranging from mouthwatering to macabre, inspired by King’s Maine-based stories, with a foreword from the legendary author himself.
After eighteen years on Pender Island, British Columbia, she recently relocated with her husband, Howard, and their cowboy corgi, Douglas, to New Brunswick.
