Jane Drager

Jane Drager started her writing career in high school. She joined the school newspaper as a reporter and quickly rose to editor. Over the years, she sold various articles to newspapers and magazines, but her love stayed with fiction. After years of struggling and constant rejections, she finally found a wonderful bunch of editors at THE WILD ROSE PRESS. Hence, her first book, SECRETS BY NECESSITY, was born. Jane is married to an organic farmer who grows all their vegetables for the coming year. It was her husband's constant encouragement that kept her writing when she wanted to quit. Her first book is dedicated to her mother because the poor woman tolerated the little girl who wanted to be a mathematician, then a chemist, and of course, a writer. Jane has a strong science and medical background, plays several musical instruments including the keyboard, has copyrighted songs, a reference book (THE RT MEMORY JOGGER) for respiratory therapists, has a ham radio license, and loves stargazing through her telescope.
