Ashley Donahoo
Ashley Donahoo lost 137 lbs, over 100", and 11 sizes and has kept it off on her own without programs, pills, surgeries, or even a gym membership! She has been featured on the cover of People Magazine, 20/20, Extra, Dr. Oz, Good Morning America, and countless local and regional print, television, and radio media outlets for her amazing transformation and groundbreaking way of losing weight by creating her own plan to fit her busy life as a mom, wife, student, and worker on a budget.
Ashley lives in Pace, FL with her husband, David, two sons, Zach & Connor, and Pug "dogger" (dog daughter), Penny. She enjoys running, yoga, spin class, and creating new, healthy recipes that fit both her healthy lifestyle and love for good food. Ashley recently completed and published her first book, "Choose the Change: Cookbook & Weight Loss Guide." Ashley is also a motivational speaker and enjoys sharing her story in hopes of helping others "Choose the Change" in their own lives and health.
