Chiara Atik

Chiara Atik is a New York based blogger, author, and playwright. She is a graduate of NYU's Department of Dramatic Writing, where her thesis play, Remains, won the Undergraduate Award. Other plays include The Secret Catcher (Ensemble Studio Theater), What a Pill (IAMAFEST, dir. Claudia Weill), Smoke Break (Sloan Foundation Science Brunch), and Transcendental Wild Oats. Television writing credits include MTV's upcoming "Hey, Girl!" Chiara's writing has appeared in Glamour Magazine, and on The Atlantic.com, The Hairpin, Today.com (The Today Show), Elle.com, and Yahoo Shine. She is a dating writer for HowAboutWe.com, and her book, "Modern Dating: A Field Guide" was published by Harlequin in May of 2013.
