Allison Dobell

Allison Dobell is the pseudonym of two Australian writers – both Allisons (Dobell, get it? Double? Huh? Huh?! We’re nothing if not hilarious). Allison I is a lady of many disguises. You can often find her staying up past midnight writing for glossy magazines, as well as writing non-fiction and women’s fiction. Allison II has just worked out she has been in cahoots with five of the big six publishers now and has made notches on her bedpost accordingly. Over the past ten years she has written non-fiction, Middle Grade fiction, YA fiction and women’s fiction and also a column in one of Australia’s largest newspapers.
