J. L. Morin, an award-winning author, grew up in innercity Detroit. MorinΓ―ΒΏΒ½s the Japan novel, SAZZAE first written as a creative thesis at Harvard (Γ―ΒΏΒ½86-Γ―ΒΏΒ½87). J. L. Morin has three more novels for future publication: TRAVELING LIGHT; POLIS; and TRICKSTER OF PHRAXOS. MorinΓ―ΒΏΒ½s fiction, articles and translations have appeared in The Harvard Advocate, Harvard Yisei, The Detroit News, Agence France Presse, Livonia Observer Eccentric Newspapers, and The Harvard Crimson.
