Vicki Doudera

Vicki Doudera is a million-dollar broker with a busy coastal firm handling luxury real estate. She is the author three nonfiction books on real estate relocation, and the Darby Farr Mystery Series—A House to Die For, which was selected to the Best of 2010 list in Suspense Magazine, and Killer Listing. Her articles have appeared in many magazines including Parenting, Reader's Digest, Yankee and Down East.
Doudera has been profiled on NBC affiliate WCSH-TV's "207," and her writing has been favorably reviewed in prominent mystery and book industry magazines, as well as in the Bangor Daily News, Times Record, Kennebec Journal, Lincoln County News and Midcoast Beacon. She belongs to Mystery Writers of America (MWA), and is on the board of Sisters in Crime, New England.
Doudera lives in her own "house to die for" with her family in Camden, Maine, where she enjoys hiking, cycling and knitting—although not at the same time. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, was Realtor of the Year in 2009, and serves as president of her local Habitat for Humanity chapter, a charity she supports through sales of her mysteries.
